►    Distinctions like practicing versus performing emotional intelligence.
►    How to increase self-awareness, manage emotions and empower yourself.
►    How to uncover and maximize your team or organization's emotional intelligence.
►    How to acknowledge and address unhealthy emotions.
►    How to upgrade your personal and social resonance set point.
►    How to not take things personally or be reactive to stressful events.
►    How to shift gears when dealing with preconceived notions or conclusions.
